Erskine has welcomed the first veterans to move into the new £8.6 million extension at its care home in Gilmerton.

first veteran moved into the Erskine Edinburgh Home expansion earlier

The extension consists of four 12-bedded wings, one of which is the UK's first Army Recovery Centre and provides help with the rehabilitation of injured and wounded troops returning from conflicts including Afghanistan.
