Get active and start walking in Burdiehouse Burn Valley Park.

For six weeks, from 26 January till 2 March 2010, 9.30am start, approximately 30 minutes on week one, and increasing gradually as the weeks progress.

Meet at the entrance to Burdiehouse Burn Valley Park at Gilmerton Road junction to Ellen's Glen Road.

Please dress for the weather!  Bring your walking poles if you use them.
