Chart-topping musician Sandi Thom has chosen to record her new album at a less than rock'n'roll location – an Edinburgh school. The Scots singer-songwriter is currently laying down tracks for her third album at the Morningside School of Music, which has just had opened a new £65,000 recording facility. The school is owned by her manager Paul Boyd. Current students at the school include 14-year-old Jack Robertson, a Liberton High School pupil and promising musician who has been tipped for fame and is set to support Thom on tour.
